As I said in another video: The films that starred the original X-Men and Deadpool cast were all financial successes. Logan was even nominated for a screenplay Oscar. Marvel Studios is a business and they need to make money. The Box Office of the prequel films prove that audiences don't care about a new cast playing these characters. I also doubt audience want to see another X-Men/mutant origin story.

But that is exactly what Marvel is going to do with X-men; Deadpool 3 is the last we'll see of any of the actors playing them.

The X Men were Marvel’s greatest comics in one point of its history. Equal to or surpassing spiderman and the avengers comics. That sort. Even it made it to Capcom fighting games. In which created the Marvel vs capcom series.

Why is everyone so gung ho to have Disney absolutely ruin more characters they love?

I disagree. These versions of These Characters are Beloved and a lot of us want to see them again and Marvel knows that plus a lot of These Characters are kind of impossible to recast because of how Iconic the previous versions are like Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Also You have to remember this is The Multiverse Saga this is the saga where anyone from any other Marvel Franchise that previously couldn’t show up in The MCU now can and This is the only Saga where that can happen and it’s all leading up to Secret Wars which is the big event and after that The MCU might reboot or go into The Mutant Saga where yes they will probably recast a lot of These Characters.

While first class was my favorite even then I didn’t understand why they didn’t just reboot. One thin people never realized about the mcu is that they aren’t actually that good with big name characters. They are good at fitting things into their frame work .

Agreed. We're already on our 3rd iteration of Spiderman and Batman. (Yes, I know Batman is not MCU). And we'll be going on the 3rd iteration of Fantastic 4. Let's get a fresh interpretation of the X-Men.

Do we know definitively thay they're *not* gonna let it die? All of this is just teasing their involvement with Secret Wars (eventually). One last hurrah for the og cast and then the MCU will do their own thing. Is he saying they're just gonna keep the og cast moving forward?

a few were actually pretty good. like Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and Kelsey Grammar as Beast. I could take new interpretations but they gotta be better than what came before.
