I think him putting NA on blast is valid and needed, he's spot on with everything and called them out publicly. I doubt it'll change a single thing about their lack of effort but at least everyone who didn't know, now does and will remind them whenever they continue to suck

I reckon emenes is onto something. Asian work culture is way different than it is in America. I genuinely feel like he's probably right about the lack of effort from some of the players in comparison to other regions that take it way more seriously

Remember twitch rivals, where LS had a mental breakdown, because his team lost, quit on the team mid way through the tournament, and made an entire stream, attacking them as people while crying? Or when he tried to make twitch chat use the N word actively, or when he tweeted out that he told a competitive team not to practice and play board games, to boycot solo queue.
So I find it very hard to believe he's successful, as much as well connected and protected.

For anyone curious ABT the LS part in the LCS drama btw: being called not human in Korean means that you're immature, childish, and/or socially incapable. Probably calling out LS' personality, maybe he genuinely was unprofessional in Emenes' presence behind closed doors

Korean here. On point 4: LS is not human (LS은 사람이 덜 됐다, literally "LS is not yet fully human") it's referring to his personality, saying that he doesn't have basic human decency (example: he doesn't know how to interact or talk, compromise, etc...)

Emenes kinda based? He’s got a strong point about NA’s lack of competition/success compared to other major regions. It’s pretty insightful on the current state of the region. Other than that, targeting and singling out individual players is uncalled for. The drama is cool tho
