Survival Skills 101: How to Break Someones Arm in a Street Fight!

In this video I use the term "break" but it's more like "dislocate" or "hyperextend". It's really popping the elbow capsule. This move is to cause severe pain not submission . If they quit fighting great but don't expect a dedicated opponent to give up. The best time to use this move is when you are against multiple attackers. Bad Guys always seem to come in multiples.

depending on who you're dealing with. You should look into how to dislocate someone's arm. Unless they are hard core, they won't be able to pop it back in on their own. The pain and shock will put them out of the fight.
