No usa AND the ussr were strongest countries from 1945-1991 which one was actually the strongest is very debatable (I btw with ussr and usa in 1945-1991 I don't mean the usa isn't the strongest power rn usa in the strongest power currently tho china's getting closer but usa for now stronger
