If it is available for both players and unrared, it can't be considered cheating. Both parties play by the same rules.

This shows eval bar actually cripples Hikaru (since Hikaru usually feels fine even when the eval bar says he's not). Kramnik in the past tried to say Hikaru was cheating with eval bars cause he can't tell eval bars are edited in for viewers by the editors. Now we actually see the eval bar actually confuses Hikaru.

I don’t know if Hikaru realizes it, but he’s losing most of the time out of the opening. It’s in the middle of the endgame where he turns it around and wins. He let the bar in his head, lol

Wow Hikaru doesn't realize that many of his blitz games has him often down on the eval bar. What the computer can see is usually far more than even a grandmaster in these short games. It's definitely hurting him more than helping.

I think Hikaru just didn't realize going into this how much the evaluation bar changes turn to turn in blitz. As spectators we are used to watching games with an evaluation bar but he isn't
