I think my favorite thing about this is that Mugen is clearly toying with him and everyone seems to be aware of it except Ishimatsu. Mugen’s dodging his sword by flipping, blocking his best shot with 1 hand at an awkward angle and when he shoots his ace in the hole at him, all Mugen does is smirk. Rikiei was evil as shit but he saved his buddy’s life. At least, for now.
