I feel so honoured that Millie asked me to be a part of this. Honestly, if she had asked me a few months ago I probably would have said no for various reasons. Ultimately I agreed, not only because I'm working on my own videos, but because it helps with one of my big personal goals. My vulnerability goal!

I mention a couple of the things at the beginninng that are very personal to me. Stuff I haven't really spoken about properly, until a period of events last year led me to realising that that's really not good for my mental health.

I've tried to be careful with wording as I don't mean to offend, but it's a very important part of where I am today, so without going into too much detail, It needed to be included. I want to emphasise that my parents aren't bad people and they also did a lot for me, and obviously have their own stuff they are working through.

The main thing I wanted to get across is that everything I do today has been years in the making. But it all came from incorporating small habits and changes, some of which I didn't even realise I was doing at the time. So the little stuff makes a massive difference. Setting small goals, like making lunches for work, or cutting down on fizzy drinks...is where it all begins! :D
