When they are advocating it to pan India in the name of development, they should try to atleast match the inflation in terms of hikes. A joining salary of about 25K is not changed over last 20 years, when USD has appreciated over rupee by 40 percent in the same period, these service companies charge the clients in USD and pay peanuts to employees and the upper management is full of corruption !

But all the private banks in India for ground level job position people..work each day for more than 13 hrs means it's more than 90 hrs.. because they have less man power but force to reach the targets and sales.. but not even getting worthy salaries and benefits to employees. They don't have time to eat food and not even go to the washrooms.

Why help rich to get richer when they are shifting bases of most profit making companies abroad and only keeping loss or less profitable companies on Indian land. Since last 20yrs the real income of ceo's and upper management has increased by almost 50 times whereas the salary of entry level job has remained stagnant or increased by 10% which is way below the increase in % inflation which has increased by almost 200%+😢😢😢😢

He has a point about productivity… working with full focus for 4 hours straight is worth 8 hours of interrupted and distracted work … also the commute up and down already tires most people even before they start work …

More pay, conducive environment to work with focus and no distractions …. You don’t need 70 or 90 hours .. and people can still have a life

Also these grandiose men should be advising their own fellow brothers to be involved and take part in household chores .. and not overburden their wives whether they work outside jobs or not …


Useless mindless glorification of over work without fixing the problems that prevent people from working effectively .. is what these boomer uncles can do !
