I'm glad she mentioned nuclear. It's eventual rehabilitation in the minds of policy makers is inevitable in order to reach emissions goals while providing dependable base load power.

Nord Stream 2 pipeline was finished but USA does not allow Germany to pump gas through it.

China is also still boycotting Australian coal, which is a substantial amount of its coal supply.

If France Italy and Germany had allowed Spain to building the transmediterranean gas pipelines between Morocco and Spain and between Tunisia and Algeria there would be plenty of gas in Europe

Your fundamental analysis of the Chinese outage is wrong. It’s a supply problem not a demand issue

If only American. Consumers consume less and Wall Street care less profit, then China would not make so much goods and therefore uses less energy and the world is less polluting and Europe would not have an energy crisis crunch like they are now. It needs a global solution for a global actions on energy and pollution.

When you're a "green" energy lunatic and wind stops blowing and the sky turns gray... guess what happens...

Forget alternative fuels. In the end when the heat goes off and the lights go out they'll burn the furniture. In an era of Peak Oil which is unsustainable at any price, when they come to their senses they will rely on King Coal.

China has nuclear power plants. The trouble is that the new ones still take 20 years to build so they're not ready!
