Fixed Tata Play Set-up Box No Signal Problem @ Your Own No Need To Call Customer Care OR Technician

Step -1 Power Off The Tata Play Set-up Box For 15 Seconds Then Restart

Step - 2 Go to System Settings by Clicking Organiser Button On Tata Play Remote

Step - 3 Click On Signal Test If Shows No Signal Then Go Back

Step - 4 Click On Master Reset

Step - 5 Follow Next Screen Instructions will Resolve the Signal issue

If Not Work Above Method
Power Off Setup Box
Remove Antenna Cable Connector from Setup Box Clean Copper Wire With Blade Then Reconnect Firmly From Both Side Setup Box And Dish LNB Antenna Cable Connection hope will resolve the Signal Problem
If Signal Strength Signal Quality Getting Low Try Slightly Rotate LNB Left Right To Get Higher Level as Shown in Video

Mostly This No Signal Problem Issue Comes Due To Rust On Connection Contacts Cloudy ☁️ or Rainy Weather

At first it was not working, then I remove the signal jack and put again and follow those steps, it works, today 3rd day of Euro Cup, thanks man. Earlier I called tata play servicing man, he said he can't help, need to send a technician. Again thanks man.👍

Mujhe laga mere box mein problem hai, terrace PE check krne Gaya to pta chala ki neighbour ne apna kapda hamare dish tv pe dhak diya jisse signal nhi aa rha tha.

Mera ye tata sky ka box h humne isko 2021 mein bnd kr diya tha kya yee box abhi bi kam kere ga software update krne ke baad? Orr ye proper work krta h bss dish anntena nhi lagya h kya dish anneta Or software update krke ye kam kerega?
