In my Lego store they actually tell you which one is in the bag by corresponding each figure with a number then labeling the bags with the number

DO NOT use scissors to open, or you could cut through some of the fabric pieces like capes. Instead, open it like a bag of chips

at my lego store the bags are right next to the eployees. (the lego store is the only place with the bags)

I got really good at feeling the parts, bittersweet because now Lego is starting more eco friendly packaging ; small cardboard boxes . Mario sets have them and even other lines like Mattel . If they’d just put a code on the side so you know what your getting . Really no way to know what you’ll get with a box .

Actually the falconer and the Orc have bags inside of the bag except the only difference is the falconer has her falcon outside of the bag they who actually did us A favor

Good pro tip is that only the Orc and the Falconer have secondary bags inside, feel for the Falcon piece to determine which is which. Rococo Lady is easiest to find given the giant dress piece. Paper boy you need to feel for the flexible bag he has. Space robot feel for the pointy helmet. Referee is easy just feel for the large ball piece. Brown astronaut you’ve gotta look for the walkie-talkie antenna. Carrot is easy to feel for being a big long round piece. And T Rex feel for the tail piece and the large head piece. Conservationist is trickiest but process of elimination should help. And finally the rocking horse girl’s horse is very easy to feel for.

The legs on the newsboy are legit, movable short legs are harder to get than the stiff ones like the rocking horse girl has

My local Lego Store sels the whole series with no duplicate characters for 44, 90€! It's amazing to get the whole series at once without haven't to feel the bags!😊
