1:21 the audio that was played was associated with the S.C.P Foundation. if you listen closely, you hear Nine Tailed Fox in the audio. Nine Tailed Fox is a nickname for the Mobile Task Force unit Epsilon-11, and Mobile Task Force is basically a group of highly trained military personnel, trained to recontain S.C.P’s. that clip of audio was from the game, S.C.P Containment Breach, which is a game based in the plot of the foundation as a, Class-D which is a large group of prisoners serving life sentences or in execution row for horrible crimes, and in the S.C.P Foundation lore, they are used as apparent lab rats to test on the SCP’s. the reason the audio was played in S.C.P Containment Breach was, every S.C.P had apparently breached containment, so the foundation had to deploy MTF/Mobile Task Force units.

Hey Dj, about that weird sound that you kept hearing, that is a sound effect used in the indie horror game called SCP Containment Breach. And there is this thing called a Tesla Gate where if you walk past it, it will electrocute you instantly killing you. And the Nine Tailed Fox is an elite group that was requesting to turn off the Tesla Gate.
