Those who are facing this problem, here's how i solved it. Go to settings and click on *Request Verification* option. Then they will tell you why this happened. For me it says because of inappropriate post or comment. So under that there will be an *OK* option. Click that. Problem solved, your account is back! I am sorry if it dosen't work for some of you, it did for me so i shared!

you probably commented something that your Instagram app cannot detect log in your Instagram in a Google Chrome you will see a message saying we deleted your last comment or something like that press OK and that will fix your problem

Go to Google- how to delete account permanently- they will provide a link.. go to that. (Account delete page..) then ok, then your Instagram will be open.... nd will work properly...

Listen guys do one thing, the same I did and it solved my problem.
1. Log into instagram by using a laptop on any browser.
2. It will show that you some guidelines and all you need to is click OK.
3. LOG OUT from laptop and login with same credentials on your android/iOS device
It's not the wifi or 4G issues, it's something with no following instagram guidelines

Nah mines is different as soon as I log in I see a plain white space I try refreshing and nothing happens I can't even see how many followers I have or anything the only thing that shows on my account is my profile pictures

I tried all this and other suggestions online and nothing worked. I didn't think my password was the issue because it appeared that I logged in (it had my profile picture in left corner). It never told me that my password was incorrect. Finally, I thought I'd try resetting my password as a last ditch effort and that's when I realized the password needed a special character. I tried my other password that meets the criteria and it worked. I now have access again.

So my suggestion is, even though it doesn't present as a password issue, try a different password that you use that meets all the criteria or try resetting.
