I've been waiting so long for this. I got the urge to get into the franchise back in 2022 when Frobidden West came out, but then I started hearing rumors about Zero Dawn's remake so I decided to wait it out. Well here I am still ready and waiting. :P

I've never played Horizon Zero Dawn, but I might pick it up for PS5. I'd prefer Sony to return to Killzone or something.

my thought so far about this : why bother with remaster ?? this is not outdated game in the first place. if they want remaster something do to outdated graphic game but popular like capcom do to their resident evil series

Sony should take note from Nintendo on how to make new games for example we got Tears of the kingdom last year then this year we got another zelda games this time you play as Zelda. Why can’t sony do their own spinoff game like that? In stead they rather waste their resources into remastered last gen game.

Its a thing because why invest all the money and time in R&D for a new IP when you can just do some minor touch up & polish on an already existing game ... easy money. Plus, gamers dont seem to be bothered with it all that, apparently ... remasters & remakes, they have been eating it up, so far.

People gotta understand that Sony isn't remastering anything, the Guerilla studio is. Sony doesn't make games, the studios they own do. Also hot take, I don't think remasters are anything to be so upset about.

Why would anybody that already played and beat horizon buy it remastered when theres many better experiences to have. To go and dump hours and money on a game thats came out for the ps4. They should remake legend of dragoons they just want all ur money with minimal effort greedy scammers
