After a Winter of no control line flying out field was finally put to use.

Sig mist with the Klotz racing oil. Thst gets the old testosteronis pumping!
Talk about Sig, when I was 15 years old putting together my first Kadet Jr. I had some questions. So I called the 800 hotline on the instruction manual and proceeded to grill Hazel Sig herself for about 15 minutes. What s treat. Good old lady. BTW that was 40 some years ago. Thought I'd share this as these encounters are rarely heard of anymore. Thanks for sharing Shug. Always love your content.

Wow! I didn’t know they still did this. I remember when I was in third grade back in the 70’s, my teacher lived two doors down and used to fly her planes in a vacant lot. I would sit and watch her. I always wanted to try it, but I never did.

My dad and I used to fly these type of planes when I was a little kid. I was terrified of the cox engine sound and the propeller spinning at ungodly rpms. If i made a mistake or crashed dad would cuss me out and beat the crap out of me. Ahhh good times boom 💥
