it seems like as android advances all these new features are taking FULL advantage of Hardware acceleration, especially with the new notification, camera, and full GPU rendering features of android 4.1 SEXY!

Finally a good OS from Android. Now all they need is good hardware. The Galaxy Nexus is good, but not good enough as flagship phone. Please let HTC make the next one. BTW, are there improvement on battery life on Jelly Bean?

When you expand SMS notifications can you reply from the notification center or you just see the entire message?

WOW who knew just 10 years ago what used to have a keypad, call, and end/power buttons would evolve into these powerful pocket computers we call smartphones...I don't even wanna thick about even 5 years into the future (ranting)

i believe there is a big difference. try downloading live wallpapers it is much better than ICS.

If you root your galaxy nexus you can update it by flashing the rom

For all of you getting a galaxy nexus I have the Verizon over with jelly bean the camera blows the GPU blows other than that its the best phone out there

the very reason i want this is because it will get newer versions of android OS jellybean actually but what i am scared of is if the phone needs to be rooted before the update
i don't want to make this beautiful phone a crap
