See, this is why I like you Noob. You even give reason to why you have things. Iv been in the support end of stuff and I'll tell people "well, make your cords shorter" when someone complains about loss if frames or whatever after, of course, "doing everything you can think of". Yet you say, make the cords shorter, and you get push back! "But the computer HAS to be mounted three rooms away using a 9 yard cable because it goes through an under ground tunnel that has a lot of electrical wiring to it, there's NO WAY it can be mounted in the same room next to a monitor lol" (a slight imbelishment of an actual call)

I don’t think there’s much evidence that screens can’t be subjected to the movement of a typical motion rig. Remember, these things are designed to be shipped via FedEx. I’ve also never heard of anyone reporting such failures.

I ran 5760 x 1080 ( 3 x 27 in);for the last 6 year's until last week when I purchased a 44inch...it's a downgrade on one hand, but the new IPS monitors are just so engaging for colors, and Thier FPS are better these days.

Nice. And ya external for monitor setup is best. Tried mounting triples direct to rig myself once and it was just all around sketch.

You should check out Race Beyond Matter and Boosted Media channels. They are race sim guys but both have incredible setups like yours.

Noob, wouldn’t the person still move if the horizon is fixed? They would still experience vertical and lateral g movement. So, would you put fixed tv’s but a movable stand to simulate this?

+BrianMP5T *Thanks for the previews of the mounts I need to execute a tandem 'pit.* I estimate the MONSTERTECH® (DEU) MTS™ Base Frames tandemable: The major problem executing the Heatblur F-14B is the design and construction of the Pilot controls, as nobody manufactures new mechanisms consistent with what Grumman actually installed in the G-303, G-391 and G-760. I'll probably execute the HUGE outside display as three single-curved magnum displays on two MTS Monitor Externals, with a two-girder bridge holding the center display. Still need to determine whether the MTS Monitor Internal can hold a SMC glass consistent with TelePrompTer® at a 45° to 60° angle from vertical, as I intend to install a green LED-LCD display bouncing off an amber-backlit OLED panel (for the 100 MIL standby reticle) as the windshield gunsight. Monstertech has instrument-panel mounting solutions for the MTS Base Frame; I just need to assess what Flight Illusion BV (NLD) and Tek Creations Pty Ltd (AUS) gauges and panels are required for the F-14B.
