Well I highly doubt about foreign country, there are numerous around world and besides countries like UK, USA are shifting hardware engineering with AI . I am not saying I completely disagree but in context of abroad being a CE from TU, PU, KU doesnot matter . The VO dont look up for what major one study they just want evidence of exceptionality .

Yes CSIT != CE rather CSIT >> CE. Because Pachi hune tah developer ki DevOps nai ho, ani yetro Math III, phys IIl, chemistry kina padhnu chaine kura padhne ho basne ho.
