White Dwarfs

Where we will dig (pun intended) into the stellar graveyard; here you will find the white dwarfs: what are they, how they are created, how do we find them, and some neat properties. You will also find out about degeneracy pressure and the Chandrasekhar limit, novae and a new type of supernovae, which turned out to be very important for our understanding of the geometry (and fate) of the universe.
