Hi, Our home is 10 years old this October 2014.  I have noticed the roofing has a black discoloration on it as well as most of the homes in our neighborhood.  The subdivision is 10 years old now.  My question is would we need something stronger than the Simple Green for the roof to remove the black discoloration.  We have been told by a couple of people the discoloration comes from the rain.  I'm not sure, but I want to address it.  What would you suggest?

A ryobi foam cannon attach to your power washer gun would do better job with the use of the compressor

We just had this done at the house but the Company ocean softwash they did without noise, they used electric pumps. ask them they had training at softwash systems. here their info: www.oceansoftwash.com

You don't need this shit. Get a $15 foam cannon off Amazon. Do a -2oz bv 50/50 of bleach to water then the 2oz of dawn dish soap.

Seems like you could just use an automotive foam cannon and be way cheaper, faster, use less product and have same results. And no air compressor. It works for my siding projects and property maintenance.
