For this video, I’m taking a step further and giving you some job search strategy tips so you can intentionally and tactically go after and get exactly what you want in your job search.

First things first, an effective job search is NOT:

- Applying to any and every job on indeed
- Applying to any job that has the title you’re looking for
- Not knowing anything about what you want other than you need a job and you need it soon

A solid job search strategy will have you accepting an offer in as little as 30 days with a company that respects you, pays you fairly, and is ideal for you.

The key is knowing exactly what you want, utilizing all of your resources, being consistent, and doing some pre-work before you even get started
