Cheesy Lumpiang Shanghai Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground pork or ground chicken or beef
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 cup grated cheese
1 raw egg
1 Tbsp. green onion finely chopped
25 pcs small lumpia spring roll wrappers
cooking for deep frying
