So far, Renogy products have been good. On the other hand, shipping has been a nightmare. I ordered over $1000 worth of equipment and most of the original shipment is lost. Even Renogy can't track it. Support has been so-so. They promised a re-shipment almost a week ago now, but they still can't provide a tracking number. We're three weeks since the original order and they claim it will take another week to do things on their end, a week to ship, and we're just hoping they get it somewhat right this time. I'll continue my rant here as well as other social media and let you know if/when we get this resolved.

Looking for an inverter charger for my new 5th wheel that can run the entire RV... My RV plug is a 240v 50A that goes strait to the fuse panel giving each side of the breaker box 120v, with one 15k BTU coleman mach AC on each side as well as other loads - I've read they can pull up to 2, 000 watts if its very hot out and my goal is to design a system that can run a single AC off batteries for a few hours as well as the entire coach for a day (basically to boondock when traveling somewhere far for a night and coll the trailer off). MY RV is a jayco with a BM Pro screen and app that runs everything using RV-C protocol. I have 400watts for solar panels and 690 AH of lithium batteries. If I rip out my RV's little 1800 watt inverter that only powers 4 outlets, and ditch the converter charger - will this take in shore power from my 240v 50A input and let me pass through without any issues to the fuse panel when connected to the shore power (and charge the lithium batteries), but automatically switch to the batteries when disconnected? I am hoping it's RV-C compatibility will let me turn it on and off through my BM PRO system (and hopefully report total watts of output in real time / voltage input like my current one)?
