If you are having issues getting it to work like I was, check your privacy settings. I had my systems camera option disabled and my capture card would not work. It needs to be turned on under Settings > Privacy > Camera > Camera access for this device is [ON]. Allow apps to access your camera.

I don't have any option at 0:37 other than "OBS Virtual Camera"... how do I get it to recognise my capture card?

When i do the video capture option, and i try to change the device, it just says "Obs camera" and not the actualy capture card. PLEASE HELP!

Does anyone else have issues with it freezing mid capture? I have to unplug it from USB and replug it to get it to capture again. Tried updating the firmware already and that did nothing.

Default resolution/fps doesn't work when I try to capture my xbox one. I get display for 1s and then a black screen. However, manually entering my 1920x1080 and 60 fps fixes it. Bizarre but an easy fix I found.

I cannot see this, but the evga audio is only in the list where my blue snowball mic is? When I capture my gameplay it does capture the sound.

Hello, I have had the XR1 Pro for two days, I have a Ps5 and OBS on my PC, I make the connections as indicated in the guide but the microphone volume remains very low, I have tried two different headphones/microphones that I plugged into the XR1 and the controller plugged into the XR1 and the mic volume is maxed on the XR1 and the mic sound in game captures is still too low, can you help me please?

Why do I have only MJPEG working but not YUY2? MJPEG is washed out and with compression artifacts. EVGA XR1 is connected to motherboard's USB 3.1 and USB 2.0 for additional power. What more can I do?

Does not work with canon rebel t7. Shows the video cropped and ive tried everything. Guess ill have to return it .

i did everything in the videos and none of my games will actually open to my screen. they flash a few times and then minimize again.
