Please why did you substitute the third equation in the second? Is there a general rule for that? I thought we're supposed to leave equation 3 as it is

Pls ma I think there is a mistake In the equation u took for a general equation of a circle touching x-axis at origin
If a is the radius then the equation should be
x² + (y - 2a)² = a²
