He says it like they didn't see he wasn't gonna move BEFORE they took the white. Like dog, all of us could see he wasn't gonna move before Larson got it off Turn 4. Yall had plenty of time to throw a caution. Just awful.

BS that was an instant caution and anyother point in the race

when do cautions go from "whenever something happens" to "whenever they can't get rolling"
this issue has affect just about every race this season and NASCAR must define when this switch happens
