Here is a video for a 572 lb North German double horn anvil. This anvil was forged together sometime around the First World War. The maker, Hans Peter Winterhof, was from the old school when some craftsmen understood classical proportions and applied them to everything they did. Few anvils made today can compare with thisHigh as a piece of functional sculpture. It has light surface wear, good edges and excellent ring and rebound, with 1/16” top plate saddle. Dimensions: 6.75” face width, 40.5” Long, and 14.25” tall.

Beautiful indeed and it's for sale! But as the saying goes "you have to ask how much it costs.... then you can't afford it "
