From a Definitive Edition game, one would expect not only the visual element itself but also the mechanics to be renewed. By this I mean, for example, the coordination of people's movements when they are hit by a car or when they are simply shot. In contrast, the old remains. The sight itself has gotten really good in my opinion, but I miss the ragdolls movements outside of the ways mentioned above. In retrospect, if you fix it in a DLC it will be fine, but with it the weapon sounds as well. If you have it all, I think it will be worthy of the title. I'm a GTA series fan, by the way ..
