Simply tuck the stock under your arm when clearing corners or over your shoulder. I use this techniques with real shotguns in home defense drills.

You could consider half stocking, it’s a real steel method for using a full length shotgun in tight quarters. You put the stock over your shoulder and turn it sideways to look down the barrel

Golden eagle makes a sawed off version of the 3/6 shot m870. It's tiny. Like 10-15 in. Roughly 25 to 37 cm

Get a golden eagle sawed off and use 134a or duster gas. That should still work and be <1j. Obviously you can't use propane and propane accessories/green gas. You can also try the ksg. It's a whole 300 mm shorter due to its bulpup design.

What you could do if you wanted to shorten it down is take off/cut off the stock and maybe even chop down the barrel a couple inches.

Get an SGR-13 with a drum magazine. Got mine a few games ago and never looked back. HPA tap it, too.

As a shotgun lover saddens me to hear you didn't enjoy it. Still I do think picking a shotgun for cqb needs to be a careful procedure due to many shotguns being long af... Though I am sure if you give it some time and practice you will get used to it. Shotgun gameplay is totally different from a normal rifle and kinda needs patience to get the hang of it. Forces you to change playstyle(for the better Imo).

Put a Red Dot on it tuck the stock under your arm or tilt the gun sideways and up over your shoulder. Modern combat tactics. 👍

Why have you bought it, read the specs before. Its your fault not the airsoft gun's

You know you can replace the stock with just a handgrip right? It literally takes down half of the length

If you can't resell or refund the gun maybe you could chop off the stock or reduce the barrel length

Get a mp5 or something easy to route around corners, if you want a shotgun, find a cqb tactical shotgun
