#Pardon: completely absolve the convict from all sentences and punishment.
#Commutation: punishment substituted to Lighter form, but *not* completely absolved.
#Remission: Reducing the period of sentence without changing its character i.e the punishment will be of same level.
#Respite: Punishment given in lighter form but for special cases like pregnant women, physical disability, ect.
#Reprieve: Stay of the execution of sentence for a temporary period(Eg: Death sentence).

Pardoning power of president....
1:-(Pardon)- it removes both the sentence and the conviction and completely absolves the convict from all sentences and punishment and disqualification.
2:-(Commutation) :- it denotes the substitution of one form of punishment for a lighter form.
3:-(Remission):-It implies reducing the period of sentence without changing its character.
4:-( Respite):- it denotes awarding a lesser sentence in place of one originally awarded due to some special fact.
5:-( Reprieve):- it implies a stay of the execution of a sentence for a temporary period....
Thanks a lot sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏..

Good explanation vai...
One request: at the end of the video, ask the viewers to comment 3 questions(without Ans.) of their choice. And you will select top 3 question among those(with name of the person). This will improve the interaction of the viewer with your videos a lot, and viewers will be active to post questions of top quiality which will improve themselves in long run.
