I don’t know why I keep seeing this man all over my YouTube shorts but I’m not complaining…I’ve learnt a lot from him.

Our bodies should adapt itself to handle 100% of muscle strength. I want to be super saiyan and these stupid problems keep getting in my way.

I was reading a bunch of books by old time performing strong men. They all stressed a common motif of training the tendons or sinews as they called them back then. Makes sense. Having resilient tendons and ligaments allows the full recruitment of all the muscle fibers without the risk of tearing them off n the bones.

Fun fact there are people who have access to 100% of their muscle strength.. it’s an abnormality in the brain and it has absolutely destroyed people

muscle strength which a human can get up to 60% and highly trained atheletes can get it up to 80% like he said. We are yet to unlock the 20% of the normal muscle strength and 100% of the latent power in our body which is restricted by our mind in order not to break our body in the process of using it.

You simply can’t. Even professional athletes who can use 80% are only using 80% on select muscles that they have trained.

If you activated close to 100% of your muscles in a larger area, you would break your bones. This is seen in electrical injuries, where the damage is done by muscles being involuntary pushed to 100% by electrical signals where the victims muscles will literally tear their bone to pieces.

I’m curious what we could do if we did have access to 100% and our bodies could actually handle it

My husband has hyperexplexia and his muscles are always pulling on his bones, and in some cases do break bones. Would that be using 100%? Just curious. He has broke bones in his feet before, but that's only been a couple of times. Or..

Frick it... Im going beast mode and having adrenaline and rage and just punch the wall using 500%

totally true, but brain disregards all of this, when you need the excessive amount of strength to stay alive in a death and life situation your brain will activate 100% of your muscles to its limits, with a risk of muscles get ripped out from tendons, an average man could bench press 500kg when brain activates all of the muscles strength correction, even athlethes only use 30% even at exertiing point.

I'm sure no one reaches 100% under any circumstance but when adrenaline is pumping and people are able to pull off inhuman feats of strength like lifting a car off their child doesn't that come with extreme damage? Like the adrenaline lets us block out the fear and pain to allow us to what needs to be done ?
