How to Make Sushi Balls (Temari Sushi) - Seared Salmon Edition

One of my favorite food is seared salmon sushi!
I love ordering them at sushi restaurants but today I am going to show you how easily you can make them at home.
Just remember to get “sushi grade” sashimi when making sushi at home.
And if you are a kid make sure to have adult supervision when cutting and handling heat/flames/fire.
If you are wondering...why can’t I put the raw fish on top of the rice and then sear? Yes of course you can do it that way too.
Try it different ways and see what works best for you.
