I was on 10 days streak. I relapsed at night.
Later i didn't had any motivation.
I relapsed again to get powerful streak.
But my motivation hot reduced and i felt depressed.
I binged 10 times. Later mind said start with fresh start after 14 times. I did it but i felt my motivation is weak and i vant get good restart.

Mind is always lying. Keep it in mind. Force yourself to be on sr and dont give up.
