Obtained by using Witnesses rocket talent over the barrier at the third stage and end up in the water

Appearance: A dark blue cloak covering the host’s back and head. A tear drop mark that’s stained on his left cheek from his crying.

Weapon: Hydromancy


M1: Shoots small water bullets that homes on enemies. If it misses somehow, it will explode into multiple little water pellets that ricochet around the field for about 4 seconds.

M2: Surrounds a single enemy with water pellets that close in, (enemies will be stunned until all the pellets hit them) with each pellet doing 4 damage. [7 second cooldown]

SHIFT: Turns the whole field into water and lets the host easily traverse around in a water form.
You cannot attack enemies in this form and enemies can’t attack you either. [10 second cooldown]

Q: Summons a whirlpool under enemies that deal 8 DPS, And which only lasts 4 seconds. If this talent is used on an enemy with low health, it will vacuum the enemy down the whirlpool, acting like a finisher.

Passive: Gain a talent called “Delve”, allowing the hosts body to turn into water when a projectile or an attack to phase right through when it hits them. This only works 25% of the time.

TALENTS:
Tides and Tears
(Upgrades the M1, shooting more water bullets and ricochets longer..)
The skies bullets
(Drowned raises his hand in the air as it begins to rain, doing damage over time. Lasts 15 seconds. CD: 20, 1 DPS VERY QUICKLY)
Sworn to the sword
( Drowned summons a huge sword that’s made out of water, slashing anything in front of him diagonally, dealing 200 damage, CD: 60 sec)
Delve into the depths
(Drowned sinks through the ground, traversing where he wants and does damage to any enemies when he comes back up. DMG: 50, CD: 7 sec, upgraded version of SHIFT)
Abyssal Monarch
(Every time you kill an enemy, you create an exact replica of the enemy you kill, each clone being having minor health buffs and lasts for about 30 seconds. This is a passive talent.)

For the new starlit achievement, u can use path and use all charges whenever he uses the ability, and then time the hits u get, and then boom, u got urself the starlit echo host
