Main thing which made Congress win in Telangana is because of Muslim Patao Yatra😂 everything else marginal. Across Telangana not just Hyderabad, Muslim votes went to Congress which was with MIM and BRS last time. So it’s simple, Congress followed the same trick of karnataka to consolidate Muslim votes. Congress and BRS did everything to muslim patao but no can beat Congress in this 😂😂
