Probably because Modar’s model was created with his tool in his hand, therefore they’re apart of the same entity

I think that the camera Rune has registered all the weapons and enemies from 100 years (maybe pyrah registered all of them) but the Sheikah Slate lost all those data images and the camera Rune itself, and those weapons that some people haves that can't be recognized it's cause the people made them recently in those 100 years

I think it’s a simply because it was designed as part of his character, and it was never intended to be a weapon not when you got the sledgehammer to use.

It's just that goron aren't supposed to have Sheikah slates and it's a Goron only tool

He probably got it from a amiibo since the Shiekah slate won't recognize those weapons either. Talking about weapons: the two guards in gerudo town who stand at the entrance to the throne room have weird ones. Normally, every iron weapon a npc wields is highlighted yellow/red when using magnesis. But those two... only sometimes. Also it often happens that one weapon is highlighted and the other one isn't. Can't really explain it, but it's a fact.

Another thing that’s neat is that the goron is shouting boom boom bam bam in the Ravi e thing and there’s this boy at the stable who says there’s a ghost of the bridge BOOM BOOM BAMBAM

It's because camera rune was made by the team to recognise only the stuff link can collect.

His hammer isn't an item you can obtain. I don't know what's so hard to understand about that.

Probably it's simply because that hammer is not a weapon that Link can put in his inventory and use

It was not registered as a tool for Link, only a visual that is attached to Modar, which really is just for show
