After installing new drywall as part of a flood remediation, all the outlets were recessed in the wall. All the outlets had gaps between cover plate and outlet. This Flush-Fit leveling plate is the answer! Make sure you turn off circuit breaker! No need to completely remove outlet to install.

Yikes, for the box on the cabinet, install a box extension. You left those wires exposed to flammable material. If you are flipping or fixing houses, do the electrical right. The box extension if required by code, don't just install a leveling caddy.

Didn't know shims like this were available. I've always used PITA washer stacks.
Assuming these are still available in 2022...thanks!

Well...except now I have *yet another* consumable to pack in my kit.

Oops, for the under sink one, that's way to much of a gap, should have used a box extension.
