Please don't nuke great audio with terrible updates. I don't expect my sound to change from an update and many people, including myself have noticed a substantial drop in audio quality with updates. To be fair, sony nukes their buds with updates too, but please don't be like them... audio devices are based on the listening experience, which should be defined at purchase, not after.

I got mine today and the touch controls r not working. Volume up and down slide works but the touch not. 250€ and this? And in the service center they told me i have to send them for repair.Shame
