MySQL: Making InnoDB Read-Only

In this mysql tutorial shorts video we'll walk you through how you can make one of the primary mysql engines - InnoDB or Percona XtraDB - read-only. That's actually really easy to do and all you need is to adjust one (1) variable that's called "innodb_read_only" - if this variable is set to 1, your MariaDB server or MySQL server will be read-only.
