Crazy Ribeye plate - Quick searing in a preheated grill for beautiful searing criss cross stripes. Cutting each steak into thick strips, add some salt, rosemary sprigs and a generous block of butter over each of the steaks. Put in the oven or wood fire oven at maximum heat, the melted butter will go through the gaps and quickly cook each of the steak pieces. I use my @meatermade ThermoMEATER for perfect cooking.
