Tandy's Electronic Championship Golf!

Released in the early 80's, this is one of those electronic games I would find in my stocking for Christmas :). Pretty challenging but simple game that is fun.

Had this game (along with a slew of Mattel handheld electronic games) when I was a kid in the 70's/80's. Such nostalgia. This was by far one of my favorite handheld games! Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Man I love stuff like this. They have to abstract gameplay so much from the real thing that it's not even remotely similar but still fun in it's own way.

I still have mine somewhere. Got it in the bargain bin at a Radio Shack in Zion, IL when we were there on a road trip to a family reunion there in 1983. That game was pretty much my main electronic entertainment on that trip!

This is fun to play two player. You toggle between player A and B. Pretty cool retro fun :)

It is cool. I recently got one in a bundle with a Tandy Rocket Pinball, an Atari Touch Me and the instruction booklets for each. I paid $23 with shipping for all three. You don't find deals like that often.
I scored again today. $15 with shipping for a Tandy 4-n-1 electronic game/calculator, a Tandy Zing-o and a handheld Skip-Bo. I've never heard of the 4-in-1 calculator game one.

I had a talking version of that game that if you got it in you and through the ball go in the hole you had real golf some affects sometimes if you got the van I don't know if it was a Bernie or a par ball go in the hole your voice say nice pot and also your hero voice they were shot
