I’ve worked 12 plus hour days, this is several decades . I ask myself what do I need to complete today and what do I have control over to complete a task . Simple life . We can visualize success and failure . Positive self talk, refreshing and reframing attitudes though-out the day is contagious and reflects positivity that’s contagious ❤.

As one gets older, that pep we have dwindles….but yes, it’s a good mantra to keep oneself in line, and with self expectations. I always shoot high to accomplish a lot more than might be possible, and end up getting 3/4 of my chores done. It’s more than if I didn’t have higher expectations. I feel it too, to do one thing correctly then to rush in haste. You should keep your eyes on the road than in the camera would be my advise.

I no longer work everyday but when I did on my way to work I would just ask the Heavenly Father to look after me and silently pray that he would continue to favor me and see to it that I made it home safely!🧐 excellent question by the way!
