What is investment fraud?

There are lot of different lawyers out there who practice different areas of law. Scott Silver considers himself an investor advocate, somebody who works on behalf of investors who have been treated wrongly, who have been cheated by their financial advisors, whether be a stockbroker, a brokerage firm, a hedge fund, or an investment advisor.

Scott represent investors who are of the victims of investment fraud. If you were put into a bad investment, such as a stock, a bond, an alternative investment, a precious metal, no matter what it is or what forum it fought in, Scott represents the investors who have been cheated on these bad investments. There are a large number of state and federal laws that are applicable to large number of different types of cases. Scott does not do other types of law. He is essentially a one trick pony, and his trick is representing investors and helping them get back their money if they’ve been the victims of investment fraud.
