I decided to try something new this year and Vlog my experience of covering New York Toy Fair. I hope this gives you all a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at what it takes for me to cover the event the way I do, as well as gives you a little entertainment along the way. This is a 2-part series, with Part 2 going live tomorrow.

I still have a bunch of Toy Fair magazine's I used to pick up from my local comic shop when I was younger... it was the publics way of seeing new stuff before youtube, plus they had price lists for vintage toys kind of like "becket books" for sports cards...I wish they still made those magazines...but always fun watching these videos!

I really have no idea when the collectible toy market became explosive like this, with all the big events and toy fairs that are almost on the same level as video game and film convention. I guest we are lucky to live in this day and age where toys are no longer just for kids. Great vid as always!^_^
