I know it was an “easy” mission, but it was fun and that relationship cut-scene was awesome. Finally felt like Destiny was Destiny again if only for a little while.

You can cheese the final boss. Before entering the boss room grab the 2 buffs and jump up to a ledge with a vex wall. You can shoot through the wall at the boss and grab the buffs when your timer runs out.

The story that came with this hit me in the feels, Damn shame that one of the good Ahamkara perished in selfless sacrifice but hopefully that means hope for Riven's uncorrupted clutch.

For my solo players who don’t have metah gear. There’s a cheese spot for the final boss when you first drop in. After getting your buffs, on the left hand side there’s a ledge you can grapple onto. You can shoot through the vex screen, and personally I found that Aztecross’ stasis build works amazing there. For people who don’t have Wicked Implement. Any DOT weapon i.e. malfeasance, la monarque, or Tommy’s Matchbook work great for sitting in that spot. Solar works great as well. Radiance helps you bypass the Hydras shield since they’ll still be up.

I cheesed the final boss solo, that ledge that cross landed on before dropping fully onto the two wells, you can shoot your guns through it and for some reason the boss aimed for the doorway instead of me directly. I didn't even notice the phalanxes were in there, or that destroying them would get rid of the spinning shields. Only thing that was getting me through the transparent wall were the detaining hydras. This was probably my first time soloing an exotic mission where i beat the final boss without dying (wish i could say the same for the rest of the mission)

I don't think Legend difficulty will be the catalyst. I think that will be to get high roll gear.
I found a handful of out-of-the-way places with enemies that could not be damaged or, in one case, reached.

I used a Winterbite Banner of War set up to solo it. It felt manageable and you could pick between Synthoceps or Wormgods and still do well.

In my opinion, this bow is not only Unique, but it's also very useful in alot of content that doesn't involve overall boss dps.

It's a good weapon to have. A Strand anarchy-like bow.
Probably gonna be annoying in crucible creating choke points and suspend traps everywhere (I reckon guardian precision damage/kills give you more stacks)

Before heading into the next to last area’s path, there is a Dam’s area you can run into to the right. But there is no Dam’s pool to step in. You get the “unwelcome debuff” and presumably die.

I didn't even realize you had to kill the phalanxes when I cleared it. I guess I just got really lucky and killed them all in order without realizing for both encounters.
