Wow, your blocks are gorgeous. It is definitely worth having custom quilted. If you can find someone local ask to see some of their work. Not all quilters are up to something that special. I love the red blocks you are working on.

Oh my gosh Olivia!!! This video and Katie’s recent one certainly has boosted Quilt Tube to a new level. I’m now on the hunt for a few Jan Patek books that I don’t have! Yikes! That Oak Leaf and Turkey Feather quilt really caught my eye. Your other QWIPS are coming along beautifully. The best bet for finding a good long arm quilter is to check in with one of your local guilds or LQS. For something as special as the Raven, I would ask to see the work of the quilter and/or ask for a consultation to see what they have in mind. I’m sure you’ll find a lot of long arm quilters in the Bay Area. You can also look online for a well known quilter and see what their prices are.
