Can Americans get back to political civility? | Sound of Ideas

After an assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania last weekend, there have been calls to lower the rancor in our national political discourse. But deep divisions remain between Americans along political and other socio-economic lines, so how can we find a way back to civility? We will talk about restoring political civility. It's a problem that has worried pollical experts for decades as our political rhetoric has become angrier.
