You may have answered this before but there's a lot out there about different rep ranges stimulating different muscle fiber types. 1-5, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24, all stimulate different fibers and could lead to faster growth. Baloney or accurate?

Hi Jason, in counting these sets, how would you devide sets between bench press and overhead press, or squats and deadlifts? If i do 6 sets voor each movement, do i actually do 6 sets for each muscle group? Or do i get way more volume because of overlapping muscle group stimulation through these big compounds?

have you seen progress in lifters who are in the intermediate range with only 6 sets 2RIR ? like benching 280+ kinda lifter
