I as usual have to point out how Jonouchi had reached his win condition before this Duel so everyone crying from the sidelines about how tragic this Duel was was both unnecessary and annoying. Heck since it’s clear you can decide to which of the prizes you get, it’s clear Jo could have just abdicated the Pegasus Duel to Yugi if he won. The stakes were not high at all in this Duel or in the DK arc as a whole if you think on it.
