We recently moved into an older apartment - we love it here but it is definitely in need of some updates! Our situation is a bit unique in that this apartment is going to be gutted and re-developed by the owners once we move out so we were able to make whatever changes we wanted (a ton of fun for me!) but these are definitely updates I will make again in my own home in the future - especially the door trim - it is so easy and makes the doors feel so much more high end if you are dealing with flat doors!
